Counseling: This session is designed to help you get a better understanding of self, and help you identify past patterns and behaviors, and let go and open up to your true self and discover your true path and purpose...
Reiki: This session is hands on healing, or distance healing, helping to identify problem areas and assist in your healing.
Energy Work: whether in person or distance, this session deals with energy flow, helping to clear and open the Chakras and raise your energy levels , one of the main focuses is to open your heart Chakra. Big emotional releases can occur during this session.
Breath Work: This session can be performed distantly, but preferably in person,This session is mainly focused on blowing through your entire Chakra system clearing and opening, and activating your Chakras from crown to root. Powerful bursts of energy have been felt during this session.
All sessions are tailored to your individual needs.
