Insight
Spirituality is a man made term for the search for truth in who we are it is not religious, it is because so many perceptions of separateness that we see things differently than others, but the truth is the same for all. it is our need to be different and separate that we create our own world view based on our past experiences and things we were taught and learned. and that creates all the conflict in the world, the battle over who's belief is the best or right one. you can't deny who you truly are but you can be open to someone else s beliefs without trying to change them, instead just support them in their quest and offer suggestions without attacking their belief system, you are all seeking the same thing, just looking at it from a different perspective. just show them love.
